Palisades residents: The City of Los Angeles has heard you on the need to open a dedicated building permit center within Pacific Palisades.

Representatives from the LA City Department of Building and Safety, Bureau of Engineering, Fire Department, Department of City Planning, and Department of Water and Power will be on site to provide coordinated assistance. The One-Stop Rebuilding Center located at 1828 Sawtelle Boulevard will remain open.

Starting Monday, February 2, the City will open a Palisades Inspections and Permitting Support Center at 16925 Marquez Avenue (90272), Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

This new center is designed to serve as a dedicated community hub where residents and contractors can receive technical and logistical support from several City departments throughout the rebuilding process.
