For March, GREEN Means GO Get Ready

There's a lot of GREEN around, this time of year -- celebrating St. Patrick's Day and observing the early GROWTH of a new season. But being ready for emergencies and disasters shouldn't be about LUCK, but rather about being PREPARED, well in advance 

This month, LA City's Emergency Management Department (EMD) would like to remind Angelenos to do all they can NOT to leave things to chance.
